Dear Baseball Families -  

The Annual General Meeting for Vernon Baseball will be held on November 24th at 7pm at the Prestige Vernon Hotel - Ellison Salon Room.    (Address - 4411 32nd St - this is the location across from the London Drug on the northside of town - not the Prestige Lodge).

All members with a registered child during the 2025 season are invited to listen in on the updates and  successes of the 2025 season and to vote on the Board positions for the 2026 Board. 

Regarding Voting - Voting members must be in attendance in order to vote.   Each family in attendance is allowed 1 vote per registered player up to 2 total votes.   For example - If a family has 2 players but only one parent is in attendance they would only be allowed 1 vote.  if the family has 2 registered players and both parents show up they would be allowed 2 votes.  If the family has 3 registered players and both parents show up they would only be allowed 2 votes.
